Needless to say, cherry blossoms are the symbol of Japan.

Especially I love weeping cherry blossoms. Fully bloomed, they are feminine and absolutely fascinating, so that definitely suitable for the beautiful scenery of ancient Kyoto.

My works in the motif of weeping cherry blossoms are inspired by Rimpa (one style of Japanese paintings).
